The sound of the Duo is enriched by the addition of a double bass. Especially when jazz is required, those bass lines add depth to the mix. When Ross Johnson Cape Town based known bassist as well as owner of AmaAmbush is available, his skills on the African pennywhistle add a truly African touch.
Their rich sound is achieved by adding double bass and includes African Pennywhistle; Played by SA’s top penny whistler, Ross Johnson.
