The Palm Strings Duo is becoming associated with weddings throughout the Western Cape. Titia and Michael have been playing weddings together for over seven years and have a wealth of information to share with you.
-Includes African Pennywhistle; Played by SA's top penny whistler, Ross Johnson

The Palm Strings Trio was created when the group teamed up with UCT graduate, Ross Johnson. Ross is the owner of the
African music company, amaAmbush Productions, and he brings his unique bass lines, and
African flavor to the group.
Palm Strings Quartet – two violins, viola and cello

The Palm Strings Quartet has been playing sophisticated music to enhance any occasion since 1986 - weddings, business conferences, anniversaries, romantic soirees, any important event requiring the right atmosphere. The music depends on your needs. We play a variety of styles including Baroque, Classical, Pop, Jazz standards, as well as movie themes.
Our complete repertoire is available above for your perusal, but we will perform any request, given ample time. A demo recording, as well as a Palm Strings CD, is available upon request.

Weddings
The music for a wedding is certainly a matter of personal choice, therefore it is important to consider various options. Palm Strings offers a variety - from the traditional church (with festive trumpet, if you like) to a romantic, secluded beach wedding, or even on Table Mountain. We can go anywhere you can!
